If you are looking for a church home, or are just looking for "something more" in your life, come try us out, see if we are a place where you can grow spiritually along with us!
Monday, December 22, 7:00pm in our Sanctuary will be our Blue Christmas Service.
Christmas can be a painful time. The loss of loved ones, the anguish of a broken relationship, the insecurity of employment, the weariness of health, the pain of isolation, or the pressure of holiday preparations and activity -- all these can make us feel alone in the midst of celebrations of the season. A space and time is needed to acknowledge the sadness and concern that may be present.
December 22 is one of the longest nights of the year. On this date, we choose to hold a quiet, meditative worship service that makes time for remembering, time for sharing our hurting places with God, and time for preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ.
The sanctuary will be filled with candles, and soft music. Scripture, stories, prayer, candle lighting, and Holy Communion will be a part of the service. The only thing needed is you, your memories and your prayers. Please come.
Our Traditional Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be at 7:00pm in our Sanctuary.
The service will last about an hour and will end with the singing of Silent Night in candlelight.
Our services are family friendly, we encourage you to come and bring family and friends as we worship for a time on this holy night.
